AI is used as an assistive capability inside a controlled application-preparation workflow.
Documents may be processed to extract information for review. AI may prepare draft content and identify possible inconsistencies across the case.
AI does not approve applications, does not decide CQC registration and does not submit information. Generated content requires human confirmation and review.
Confirmed facts remain separate from AI suggestions. Customer data is handled according to the Privacy Notice and case isolation controls.
