FAQ

What is Monad?

Monad is a structured preparation service for new domiciliary-care providers working toward CQC registration in England.

Who is Monad for?

It is for prospective domiciliary-care providers who need to organise facts, evidence and application material before submission.

Does Monad guarantee CQC registration?

No. Monad helps prepare and review. CQC makes the registration decision.

Does Monad submit my application?

No. Information and generated content require human approval, and the applicant remains responsible for submission decisions.

What information will I need?

Basic provider, service, people, premises, governance, finance and evidence information is gathered gradually inside the case.

What if I do not know the answer?

You can record that you are unsure. Monad flags gaps and matters requiring confirmation.

What documents can I upload?

The workspace accepts documents such as CVs, DBS evidence, qualifications, insurance, premises evidence, business plans, policies, financial documents and CQC correspondence.

What does the £99 check include?

It includes an initial readiness assessment, obvious blockers or gaps, provider/RM/NI starting position and a printable readiness summary.

What does the £399 review include?

It reviews service, people, workforce, commercial assumptions, resources, governance, systems, evidence and financial plausibility.

Do I need a Registered Manager before starting?

Not necessarily. If one is not identified, Monad records the gap and reflects it in the assessment.

Does Monad replace a Registered Manager?

No. Monad supports preparation and review; it does not replace regulated roles or professional responsibilities.

How does Monad use AI?

Monad can read documents, prepare drafts and identify inconsistencies, reducing repetitive application work.

Who approves generated content?

Applicants, managers and authorised reviewers confirm facts, drafts and final material.

Is my information kept separate from other customers?

Yes. Cases are account-bound, and customers cannot access another customer’s case.

What happens if I decide not to continue?

You can stop after a stage. Later stages remain locked unless you choose to progress and the workflow permits it.
