Monad service
Monad is a product/service of Pheon Agency Ltd, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. Monad helps customers prepare, structure, validate and review CQC-registration application material for domiciliary-care services in England.
Account responsibility
Customers must keep account credentials secure, provide accurate information, and ensure authorised people review case content.
Paid stages
The £99 Initial Readiness Check and £399 Full Viability Review are staged services. Full Application Package pricing is confirmed separately after viability review.
Customer accuracy and review
Generated material and extracted facts require human review and confirmation. Monad does not guarantee CQC registration and CQC remains the decision-maker.
Acceptable use and IP
Customers must not upload unlawful, malicious or irrelevant material. Customer input remains customer material; Monad-generated drafts are provided for review and use within the customer case, subject to final terms.
Suspension, termination, payments and refunds
Access may be suspended for security, misuse or payment issues. Payment and refund handling follows the displayed stage workflow and any separately agreed commercial terms.
Liability and governing law
Limitation wording is marked for professional legal review. Governing law: England and Wales.
